About Me
I want everyone to be able to find a place where they can experience the joy of exercising. I believe that exercise is a vital element to everyone's overall well-being, we want the endorphins. This is a space of inclusivity, diversity and fun. Movement, Endurance, Lifestyle and Overcoming.

What you need to start our classes
Stable Internet connection
You can join our classes using any device: smartphone, laptop, or smart TV.
Space of at least 2x2 meters
The minimum space where you can put a laptop or smartphone at a distance of 1.5–2 meters from you.
Minimal inventory (optional)
It is great if you have an exercise clothing and suitable shoes for the workout. If not, wear anything that you feel is comfortable.
